Today for the third time in two weeks my workout partner and I ran into issues getting to the gym on time. The snow and ice is wreaking havoc on our and others' cars, and it's taking forever to get where I need to go.
That means that I again missed cardio and only did weights. Bah! It's hard to get the motor revved up without my daily cardio boost!
Rumor has it that tonight snow starts falling again after midnight. I'm all for a white Christmas, but enough is enough. Let a guy get to the gym please.

I hear ya man, I don't know how I'm going to get back to the suburbs tomorrow for a lifetime fitness class. The snow just keeps falling. Driving on 35W is going to be hell tomorrow
Snow's on it's way again here, too. Bleh.
For fat loss, isn't cardio the more important exercise to do? I mean if you have to miss one or the other?
I just posted a similar blog. No cardio for me today either...thanks to the road conditions. I guess the weights are the better way to go if you have to choose though.
i like to go to the y tues, thurs, sat and it has snowed every tuesday for the past 4 weeks! boooo.
