So I was right -- I didn't work out on Thursday. Then Friday came and went. And Saturday. And Sunday. And until last night I didn't even think about my commitment to myself.
Not good.
I've also put on 5 pounds in 4 days. Water-weight? Probably. Had foods that were high in sodium. But damn.
So I keep blogging. Minimize the "time off" between posts. Become more consistent. Incrementally improve.
This is a process, I'm not a robot. But I can do better and need to gain stronger focus.

yes you can do better (so can i), I believe... I only got in 3 workouts last week and am hoping to hit 4 this week. Also need to keep working my food intake too. Some yummy tri-tip got me last night. Eyes on the prize, your working with limited time before you hit your date so make the best of it. Then stay at it after and don't throw your work out the window.... been there done that. LETS DO THIS!!!
It is a process. You aren't a robot. Consistency is hard, but I know you can do it.
