Just got back from the gym. Last night I found myself having had too many Diet Cokes, and as a result I was up past 1am. Just couldn't get up with my alarm, no matter how good my intentions.
I just remind myself that even if I miss in the morning, there's still the evening to make my wrong right.
ps - having sushi, no matter how delicious it is, wreaks havoc on your weigh-in due to all that soy sauce. So skip the weigh-in and just work out instead.
I'm not typing the scale's lie tonight. :)

I get that with diet coke - I have to limit myself these days - grrr!

I hear ya! Sunday we went out for lunch, and as I was applying enough salt to my meal to make it look snowed on (just the right amount) I said to my hubby- heaven help me if I ever end up on a low sodium diet! He answered right back, I figure you'll be asking me to pull the plug. Haha, funny cause it's true.
What to do? On weigh in day I go easy on the salt for breakfast and lunch- all the while drinking about 10 cups of water. Weigh in is at 6 pm- and I've usually flushed out most of the sodium... it really makes a difference. Just drink water the day before and the day off so that you are peeing clear. : ) Yikes, sorry for TMI.

Hubby and I had Chinese food on Sunday. I had Chicken and Broccoli... which was absolutely delicious. My weigh-in is tomorrow... and I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that the scale won't lie to me!
I would love a diet coke!!! I gave them up over a year ago...I only indulge myself once or twice since then. Great job on the workout
